The Texas Children’s® Anywhere Care app provides a convenient way for Texas Children’s Health Plan members to consult with medical professionals via live video chat for non-emergency conditions. Our team of physicians and advanced practice providers is able to diagnose and prescribe medication for a variety of routine medical conditions. It is important to note that certain conditions may require an in-person visit, such as strep throat or injuries requiring an X-ray. To learn more about which conditions are suitable for a video visit, please visit texaschildrensanywherecare.org.

It is important to remember that telehealth services should not be used for emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please call 911.
